Prime Philippines seeks a Leasing Head to drive strategic leasing across its Visayas portfolio, including Davao. You will lead regional leasing teams, oversee major transactions, and strengthen client relationships with property owners and developers.

This role demands deep market insight, results orientation, and executive collaboration across Marketing, IT, Finance, and Research. You will shape occupancy strategies, optimize revenue, and expand market footprint while delivering top-tier

Qualifications

• Leadership experience guiding leasing, brokerage, or sales teams.
• Proven ability to exceed occupancy, revenue, and leasing targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
• Excellent network with corporate clients, landlords, developers, and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and asset value.
• Provide executive direction to regional leasing teams.
• Handle major leasing transactions including tenant acquisitions, renewals, and expansions.
• Drive lead generation, property presentations, and end-to-end leasing services.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, tenants, brokers, and partners.
• Analyze market trends and competition to keep market leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Research, IT, Finance for integrated operations.
• Forecast leasing performance using data-driven insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent PRIME in industry events and strengthen Visayas region presence.
• Ensure high client satisfaction, tenant retention, and service excellence across portfolio.
