Job summary

MicroSourcing in Libis, Quezon City is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage end-to-end novated lease sales, presenting pricing, running costs, and tax benefits to clients.

You will coordinate with vehicle suppliers and finance partners, maintain CRM records, and deliver exceptional customer service in a hybrid day-shift role.

• Negotiate and close sales by addressing objections and aligning solutions to budget and lifestyle.
• Coordinate with vehicle suppliers, finance providers, salary packaging partners, and internal support teams.
• Track progress in the CRM from initial consult to final vehicle delivery with accurate documentation.

Your Role

As a Leasing Consultant, you will:

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle by engaging qualified leads, understanding customer vehicle requirements, and delivering tailored novated lease solutions.
• Present detailed options that simplify pricing, financing, running costs, salary packaging, and applicable tax benefits for prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales by addressing customer objections and aligning solutions to their budget and lifestyle needs.
• Coordinate with vehicle suppliers, finance providers, salary packaging partners, and internal support teams to facilitate seamless processing.
• Track customer progress within the CRM from initial consultation through to final vehicle delivery, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle sales and pipeline management in a high-volume phone environment.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding target metrics, conversion rates, and sales revenue KPIs.
• Excellent consultative communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• High attention to detail with strong CRM hygiene, pipeline organization, and thorough follow-up skills.
• Strong self-motivation, resilience, and a customer-centric sales approach.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior experience in novated leasing, salary packaging, or automotive finance/lending.
• Previous success in automotive sales, consumer finance, or high-volume B2C consultative sales roles.
• Familiarity with Australian vehicle pricing structures, running cost calculations, and salary packaging regulations.
• Proficiency with modern CRM and sales automation tools.
• Experience collaborating with external finance partners and vehicle dealerships.
