Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Tarlac is seeking a highly driven Leasing & Tenant Acquisition Manager for on-site work Monday to Friday.

This role focuses on sourcing and securing tenants, optimizing occupancy, and enhancing the tenant mix to maximize property value and foot traffic. You will develop leasing strategies, conduct site viewings and meetings, negotiate lease terms, and coordinate with marketing and property management to drive occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–6 years in retail/commercial leasing or tenant acquisition.
• Strong network with retailers, F&B, and corporate tenants.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Tarlac retail and commercial property market.
• Proficiency in MS Office and leasing/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies for retail and commercial properties.
• Identify, target, and secure high-quality tenants aligned with property positioning.
• Conduct site viewings, presentations, and client meetings.
• Negotiate lease terms, contracts, and renewals.
