Job summary

MC Group in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Leasing Officer to manage leasing activities and support lease administration across office, residential, and commercial properties.

The role involves marketing available units, coordinating property viewings, preparing lease documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and agents while performing basic market research. Schedule includes Monday to Saturday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, real estate, marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local leasing laws is an advantage.

The Leasing Officer will be responsible for handling leasing activities, assisting in lease administration, managing tenant inquiries, and supporting day-to-day property management operations to maintain high occupancy levels and ensure smooth leasing processes.

The role involves marketing available units, coordinating property viewings, preparing lease documentation, and maintaining good relationships with tenants, brokers, and agents.

The Leasing Officer is also expected to conduct basic market research and assist in implementing strategies to attract and retain tenants across office, residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both administrative and fieldwork related to leasing, while contributing to the overall growth and performance of the company’s property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, or property management is an advantage
• Exposure to office, residential, commercial, or industrial leasing is preferred
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, brokers, and agents
• Basic knowledge of lease agreements and documentation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to conduct site visits and property viewings
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
• Knowledge of local leasing laws and regulations is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred

Working Schedule

Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm)
