Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential tenants and businesses suitable for the mall's retail and commercial spaces.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Conduct site tours for prospective tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and agreements aligned with the mall's leasing policies/ procedures and revenue goals.
• Prepare and execute lease contracts in accordance with all compliance, legal and company standards.
• Monitor and manage lease renewals, terminations, amendments and any related tenant concerns.
• Analyze tenant performance and occupancy rates to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
• Provide responsive support to tenants and resolve tenant concerns per Mall guidelines.
• Advise tenants to help them meet their sales goals.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining the tenant's database for lease accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and organize promotional activities that attract tenants and shoppers.
