Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Philippines is seeking a Lease Analyst / Senior Analyst in Finance Management to manage rent payments, reconcile invoices, and ensure lease compliance. The role partners with lease administration, finance, and property teams to maintain accurate records and timely settlements.

You will audit CAM, insurance, and tax charges, present rent metrics, and support client meetings while upholding SOC1, AR, and AP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3–5 years of work experience; accounting, invoice processing and real estate familiarity preferred.
• Proficient with lease administration and ERP/financial software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify, reconcile, and process rent and property invoices with timely payments.
• Update records in real estate systems; track deposits and subtenant rents.
• Coordinate with landlords and Accounts Payable to address billing issues and late charges.
• Audit CAM, insurance, and tax reconciliation; resolve disputes and recover overcharges.
• Prepare rent reports and participate in client meetings ensuring SOC1, AR, AP compliance.
