Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain lease records and update data when leases or subleases change.
• Extract data from lease documents and input into client databases.
• Perform quality reviews of lease data and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy and formatting of client reporting outputs.
• Coordinate lease abstraction for new, subleases and amendments.
