Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Lease Analyst/Senior Analyst - Data Management in the Philippines to manage lease data, abstracts, and reporting for client portfolios. You will maintain databases, perform data extraction, and ensure accuracy and consistency across records.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in data administration or real estate, plus proficiency with lease software and MS Office, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of work experience; data administration, real estate or data analysis advantageous.
• Proficient with lease administration software and MS Office tools.
• Good presentation skills and strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to solve advanced problems in complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the database by updating records when a lease or sublease is amended, a new location is added, a lease expires or is terminated, or an owned property is purchased or sold.
• Extract pertinent and critical data for Real Estate Lease documents and input data into client-specific database.
• Quality review of lease data abstraction to ensure accuracy and escalate for additional review until complete data set meets standards.
• Ensure correct formatting and accuracy of reporting outputs as requested by the client.
• Lease Abstraction: extract contracts under C&W abstraction scope; coordinate abstraction of new leases, subleases and amendments; include quality review and upload of documents to Client’s System.
