Job summary

CBRE Lease Audit Analyst in the Philippines will perform reconciliations of operating expenses to ensure compliance with lease terms for small to mid-size clients, supporting audit activities and reporting findings.

The role involves analyzing statements, preparing CAM reconciliations, and reviewing contracts to identify fees, with a focus on accuracy and adherence to CBRE standards. Hybrid work and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

Responsibilities

• Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements received.
• Verify the expenses charged to clients following lease clauses.
• Perform full-scope basic audits for lease administration clients.
• Prepare reports of findings and ensure accurate credits and appropriate charges.
• Assist with CAM reconciliations for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Review contracts to properly identify fees and related savings.
