Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a detail-oriented Finance – Leasing Operations professional in the Philippines to manage day-to-day leasing, billing, collections, reconciliations, and management reporting. You will ensure financial accuracy, timely collections, and collaborate with internal teams while delivering MIS for decision-making.

Role requires hands-on experience in AR, reconciliations, and ERP systems, plus strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related.
CA / CMA / MBA Finance would be advantageous.
Experience in Finance Operations, Leasing, Billing, Collections, Reconciliation, AR, and MIS Reporting.
ERP or accounting systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end finance operations related to leasing transactions, billing, collections, and accounting activities.
Prepare and process lease invoices, debit/credit notes, receipts, and related documents within timelines.
Monitor accounts receivable and collections; follow up on overdue payments.
Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
Track lease rentals, deposits, escalations, recoveries, and related financials.
Ensure timely accounting of rental income and expenses.
Coordinate with leasing, operations, sales, legal, and other teams on issues.
Maintain up-to-date financial records and transaction trackers.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports (billing, collections, AR ageing, reconciliation).
Provide variance analyses, trends, and insights to management.
