SAGILITY PHILIPPINES B.V. BRANCH OFFICE is seeking an experienced Clinical Training Lead to design, deliver, and manage medical training programs for US healthcare clients in the Philippines.

You will oversee training classes, coach trainers, collaborate with SMEs, and apply instructional design methods to improve clinical acumen. Strong collaboration with clinical leaders and strict adherence to regulatory requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Philippines Registered Nurse (RN) license with USRN preferred.
• US RN licenses must be active in each state where applicable; prior nursing experience preferred: 3 years, minimum 2 years.
• Experience in adult classroom settings.
• Experience managing a dynamic and diverse classroom environment.
• Thorough Knowledge of US Healthcare Delivery System and claims processing.
• Understanding of performance SLAs and related binding laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical training classes and trainer activity timelines.
• Facilitates monthly trainer observations and coaching.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to update training materials.
• Applies instructional design methodologies in program development.
• Recommends tech-enabled solutions to close training gaps.
• Ensures proper documentation of training materials and processes.
• Generates reports on training outcomes and aligns programs with organizational strategies.
• Identifies cost-effective training delivery options and optimizes resources.
• Acts as a consultant to clinical learning needs across departments.
