The role focuses on developing materials, conducting coaching sessions, applying data-driven improvements, and collaborating with clinical leaders to address training needs. Experience in case management and instructional design, plus PowerPoint development, are valued to strengthen learning delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clinical training experience in a managed care or healthcare setting.
• Experience in case management and population health is an advantage.
• Strong facilitation, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methodologies.
• Experience in project management, PowerPoint development, and training tool creation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate clinical training programs, ensuring effective and timely delivery
• Develop, update, and enhance training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Conduct trainer observations, coaching sessions, and capability-building initiatives
• Monitor training outcomes and use data-driven insights to improve learning effectiveness
• Partner with clinical leaders and stakeholders to address training needs and curriculum enhancements
• Drive compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement within clinical training programs
• Support talent development, change management, and organizational learning initiatives
• Leverage technology and innovative learning solutions to improve training delivery and learner experience
