Job summary

Ubiquity in Laguna is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead program development, analyze needs, and coach performers across teams. This role focuses on delivering high-quality learning solutions with a strong emphasis on impact and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Analyze, manage, and coach performance; coordinate with Program Managers on training requests.
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for developed curriculum.
Manage projects to deliver learning solutions on time and budget.
Provide regular leadership updates on progress and results.
Coordinate logistics, materials, and ensure content readiness for initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to drive improvements.
Deliver training sessions both face-to-face and remote.
Observe coaching sessions and provide development feedback.
