Qualifications

• Proven experience in both instructional design and software development.
• Ability to produce design documentation, storyboards, and blueprints.
• Experience with SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and/or xAPI.
• Familiarity with LMS functionality, tracking, completion status, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design learning experiences aligned to business goals and measurable outcomes.
• Develop SCORM/xAPI content and AI-powered simulations.
• Build internal learning tools using modern development frameworks.
• Collaborate with SMEs, designers, and developers to scale solutions.
• Create technical docs and implementation guides.
