Job summary

Alorica Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Language Trainer to deliver English communication and fluency programs for new hires and existing staff in a fast-paced BPO setting.

You will strengthen pronunciation, assess language proficiency, and collaborate with Operations to uphold high standards across teams, supporting language development initiatives tied to performance goals.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in ESL teaching or academic facilitation is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in the academe (Senior High School, College, or University) is highly preferred.
• At least 6 months BPO experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in voice assessments during recruitment
• Collaborate with Operations to maintain high communication standards across teams
• Support implementation of language development initiatives tied to performance goals
