Job summary

The trainer will facilitate structured workshops, assess language proficiency, and collaborate with Operations to maintain high standards. Onsite reporting is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Background in ESL teaching, English instruction, or academic facilitation is an advantage.
• BPO experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate English fluency and Accent Neutralization training for onboarding and production employees.
• Conduct structured communication workshops aligned with company standards.
• Assess language proficiency and provide targeted coaching and development plans.
• Participate in voice assessments during recruitment.
• Collaborate with Operations to maintain high communication standards across teams.
• Support implementation of language development initiatives tied to performance goals.
