Job summary

Alorica in the Philippines is seeking an experienced ESL trainer to pivot into corporate training within a dynamic BPO setting. You’ll transform English fluency for new hires and seasoned staff, using engaging teaching methods.

You’ll design workshops, assess voice skills, and partner with Operations to ensure language training aligns with performance goals and quality standards across teams. Prior BPO experience is a plus, and strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in ESL teaching or academic instruction, preferably SHS/college level.
• Strong presentation and workshop design abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Train English fluency, pronunciation, and accent neutralization for new hires.
• Evaluate voice and provide targeted feedback to improve communication.
