Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
• Proven experience in ESL teaching, academic instruction (SHS/College level preferred), or training facilitation.
• Strong presentation, workshop design, and Microsoft Office skills.
• BPO experience is a plus, but not required!

Responsibilities

• Train & Coach: Lead English fluency, pronunciation, and accent neutralization workshops for new hires and current employees.
• Evaluate & Assess: Conduct voice assessments during recruitment and provide regular, targeted feedback to improve team communication.
• Collaborate: Partner with Operations to align language training with performance goals and maintain quality standards across teams.
