Job summary

Mercer in Manila, Philippines invites an experienced Talent & Transformation Consultant to join the Workforce & Rewards team with a focus on Learning Solutions. This hybrid role requires working in-office at least three days a week and offers opportunities to grow Marsh HR Academy offerings while advising clients on learning strategies.

You will build solutions for learning, upskilling, and transformation, lead engagements from definition to delivery, and collaborate with sales and Marsh

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR consulting experience across learning and development, workforce transformation, talent management, assessments, organisational development, skills and capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead business development activities, including lead generation, pipeline development and proposal shaping.
• Develop practical solutions for learning, upskilling, reskilling and broader talent transformation challenges.
• Lead and support consulting engagements from problem definition through delivery.
• Manage projects to time, quality and budget, building capability within teams.
• Facilitate client meetings and present medium to high complexity content as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with sales, commercial and Marsh colleagues to support revenue targets and growth.
