Innodata Knowledge Services, Inc. seeks an enthusiastic instructional design intern to support content development and learning technology tasks.

The role blends instructional design with hands-on work on the learning experience platform, including content tagging, testing journeys, and analytics. You will join a remote-friendly hybrid setup depending on location, collaborating with subject matter experts to convert documents into structured e-learning assets.

• Precise with formatting, tagging and version control.

Responsibilities

• Support storyboard and development of e-learning modules and microlearning assets.
• Convert process documents and SME inputs into structured learning content.
• Upload, tag and quality-check content on the learning experience platform.
• Test learner journeys and report defects or gaps.
• Assist with learner account administration, enrollments, and access requests.
• Pull platform usage and completion data and prepare adoption reports.
• Document standard operating procedures for platform administration.

Work Setup:

• Remote for applicants outside Cebu City
• Hybrid for applicants within Cebu City.

What You'll Do:

Instructional Design

What We're Looking For
