Job summary

Work Setup:

Remote for applicants outside Cebu City

Hybrid for applicants within Cebu City.

What You'll Do

Sourcing and Screening

• Source candidate profiles on LinkedIn, job boards and university networks using given search strings
• Review applications against role requirements and prepare shortlists for recruiters

Candidate Experience

• Coordinate interview schedules, assessments and candidate communication
• Track candidate feedback and flag drop-off points in the process

Recruitment Analytics and Employer Brand

• Maintain applicant trackers and assessment records, and prepare weekly pipeline reports
• Support job posting content and campus recruitment activities

What We're Looking For

• Pursuing Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communication or a related discipline
