Job summary

Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Training & Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational development across all business departments. This is a full-time, onsite role based at our corporate office in Metro Manila.

You will design and deliver programs, partner with regional HR teams, track training metrics, and host large-scale events to strengthen culture and performance in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in training delivery, employee engagement, and/or OD.
• Experience in a fast-paced FMCG or manufacturing corporate environment is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of planning, managing logistics, and hosting large-scale corporate events.
• Ability to work full-time, 100% onsite at our corporate office.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs tailored for all corporate, commercial, and operational departments.
• Support organizational development initiatives, including competency mapping, performance management frameworks, and change management support.
• Lead employee engagement activities and end-to-end corporate events.
• Host internal workshops, town halls, and team-building sessions.
• Coordinate with regional HR partners to deploy standardized training toolkits and engagement frameworks.
• Provide guidance, resources, and coaching to local HR teams for regional development needs.
• Maintain trackers for training attendance, hours, compliance, engagement scores, and budgets.
• Analyze training effectiveness and engagement data to continuously improve HR interventions.
