Job summary

Klaiya in Metro Manila seeks a Learning and Development leader to design and implement workforce development strategies aligned with business growth. You will oversee training programs, performance management, and talent retention initiatives, driving continuous learning and a culture of collaboration.

The role partners with HR and department heads to identify high‑potential employees and create development pathways, ensuring engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in Learning and Development and Talent Management preferably in an e‑commerce or fast‑paced business environment.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing learning strategies, performance management systems, and employee engagement programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver targeted employee training programs addressing both immediate skills gaps and long‑term capability needs (Learning and Capability Development).
• Manage and maintain the performance management system, guiding leaders and employees in setting measurable goals and tracking KPIs and OKRs (Performance Management).
• Develop and implement talent management strategies that support succession planning and leadership readiness (Talent Management and Retention).
• Lead engagement programs that promote motivation, collaboration, and inclusivity across teams and organize company‑wide activities to reinforce culture (Employee Engagement and Culture Building).
