Job summary

Pathways in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to administer and continually improve key people development platforms including PerformYard, Relias, and BigMarker. You will ensure data integrity and deliver a seamless user experience for onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and training programs.

You will partner with stakeholders across the organization, identify opportunities for process improvements, and support large-scale initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in learning and development or related roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving attitude.
• Experience with PerformYard, Relias, BigMarker or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve PerformYard, Relias, and BigMarker platforms.
• Manage platform configurations, user access, and updates.
• Create and modify performance plans and learning structures.
• Troubleshoot system and user issues and prioritize requests.
• Provide timely, user-focused support to end users and program leaders.
• Produce customized reports and support large-scale programs.
• Moderate live and virtual learning sessions using BigMarker.
