Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Interactions Expert to create interactive, self-paced lessons that replace traditional classroom training with personalized, on‑demand learning ecosystems.

You will develop advanced learning peripherals—guided tool simulations, interactive lessons, assessments, instructional videos, and game‑based courses—collaborating with the LX Design Team to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts or equivalent (not required).
• 1–2 years in related fields; training delivery is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe CC and at least one e-learning tool (Captivate or Storyline).
• Strong visual design and instructional design knowledge (ADDIE, Bloom’s, Gagne, Mayer).
• Able to learn new software quickly; programming background desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced learning peripherals with guided simulations, interactive lessons and assessments.
• Collaborate with LX Design Team to reach learning outcomes.
• Produce media using graphics, video, and authoring tools with modern visuals.
• Adhere to timelines and apply innovative media to improve outcomes (Kirkpatrick levels).

A Learning Interactions Expert is responsible for creating interactive and engaging self‑paced lessons that replace traditional classroom training with personalized, on‑demand learning ecosystems.

• Develop advanced learning peripherals, including guided tool simulations, interactive lessons and assessments, instructional videos, and game‑based courses.
• Collaborate with the LX Design Team to design and implement learning experiences that target desired learning outcomes.
• Use graphics, video, and course authoring software to produce visually appealing, modern‑looking instructional media while adhering to visual design principles.
• Adhere to project timelines and apply innovative learning media to improve learning outcomes, measured by Kirkpatrick's Levels of Evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts or equivalent (not required).
• At least 1‑2 years of experience in related fields, with training delivery considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Edge Animate, etc.) and at least one e‑learning authoring tool (Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline).
• Solid grasp of visual design principles and instructional design models such as ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Gagne’s 9 Events, and Mayer’s 12 Principles.
• Ability to learn new software/hardware quickly and a background in computer programming is desirable.
