Job summary

Training and Marketing Professionals, Inc. (TMPI) seeks a Multimedia Specialist to design and deliver engaging multimedia for eLearning courses, microlearning, and training materials.

You will collaborate with the Learning Design Manager and SME to translate objectives into interactive content. Responsibilities include video production, storyboarding, asset management, usability testing, and deploying content within LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in multimedia design, eLearning development, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Create training content, maintain project documentation, version control and course folders.
• Extracting data/content creation requests.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
• Amenable to report on-site 2x a week in BGC, Taguig.
