Job summary

Quest Alliance in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India seeks a Learning Experience Specialist to provide academic and implementation leadership for the Schools Program. You will translate learning strategy into scalable classroom approaches, strengthen computation thinking, coding and future-ready learning across Grades 6–10.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in education, large-scale programmes or government systems.
• Strong experience in curriculum and content development, learning design and capacity building.
• Ability to translate learning strategies into scalable, practical approaches.
• Strong understanding of computational thinking, coding education and STEM.
• Familiarity with NEP 2020 and government school curricula.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership to strengthen learning experiences across the programme.
• Design and review curriculum, learning resources and facilitation materials.
• Develop professional learning journeys for teachers, Master Trainers and government officials.
• Create year-round learning support through webinars, digital resources, videos and peer-learning.
• Monitor field realities and use dashboards to identify trends and improve quality.
• Lead student-focused initiatives like Ideathons, Hackathons and coding challenges.
• Engage with government and institutional partners to drive adoption and ownership.
