Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Care and Education/Human Development/Education/Child Psychology and Development/Social Work.
• 4-7 years of work experience in education as curriculum developer, teacher or on teacher training programs.
• Strong understanding of how children learn and develop in their early years.
• Interest in developing digital and offline instructional tools.
• Comfortable presenting in front of the camera.
• Willingness to travel locally and statewide for field visits/trainings/educational shoots.
• Willingness to participate in growth initiatives for team and organization.
• Ability to adapt to a young, fast-growing organization with hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes for high-quality curriculum development aligned with national standards for parents and educators in public education system, ages 0-3 and 3-6.
• Lead content and training material creation for ECCE domains in Hindi (ideation, video shooting, coordinating with editors).
• Support scripting/translation and quality management of content produced in Hindi.
• Plan and anchor pilot-testing across content formats to assess curriculum effectiveness and integrate feedback.
• Review curriculum monthly/annually with State Academic Leads.
• Support in optimizing LMS with SALs for features like automated scheduling, content uploads, and user engagement for Kannada.
• Align curriculum with state requirements and national standards for assigned geos with SMEs.
• Build relationships with external stakeholders and support geo initiatives.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly check-ins with Operations Teams to improve content.
• Observe/support/conduct training facilitation (in-person and online).
• Join geo-specific WhatsApp groups to perform quality checks and report insights.
• Plan and conduct field visits for observations/trainings/research.
• Support development of interactive educational games and technologies.
• Support cross-team collaboration for pilot programs, address requests, troubleshoot issues, and innovate approaches.
• Enhance team skills through ongoing professional development.
