Job summary

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior Learning Design and Delivery Specialist to lead end-to-end onboarding and broader learning initiatives.

You will design, develop, and deliver onboarding journeys, partnering with business leaders, HR partners, SMEs, and outside partners to translate needs into practical, high-quality learning solutions. You will own learning architecture, content creation, facilitation, and measurement, ensuring programs are engaging, scalable, and aligned with culture

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the new hire onboarding experience.
• Design and deliver learner-centered onboarding programs and journeys.
• Develop engaging learning content and job aids.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and workshops.
• Manage end-to-end learning program execution from planning to closeout.
• Measure outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with SMEs, leaders, HR to develop relevant learning solutions.
• Stay updated on learning trends and technologies to enhance learning.
