The role emphasizes needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, and the deployment of LMS-based learning initiatives, with strong collaboration across HR and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/PSY/EDU/BA or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or organizational development.
• Experience in training needs analysis, learning program design, facilitation, and evaluation.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and competency development.
• Proficient in developing training materials, presentations, and learning documentation.
• Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis across departments.
• Design, develop, and deliver learning programs.
• Create training materials and multimedia content.
• Facilitate sessions for employees at all levels.
• Coordinate logistics and resources for training events.
• Provide coaching and support to employees.
• Develop job aids and performance support tools.
• Evaluate training effectiveness with assessments and surveys.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with HR on talent management and retention.
• Research and administer LMS and learning tech.
• Provide technical support for learning platforms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
