Job summary

A7 Recruitment Corporation is seeking a Learning & Development Associate to implement and support analytical training programs across the organization. The role focuses on needs analysis, design, administration and evaluation of learning interventions.

You will apply Workplace Learning and Performance principles to assess performance gaps and tailor interventions. The ideal candidate has an Electrical or Electronics Engineering degree, strong ADDIE proficiency, and 2+ years in training

Qualifications

Must have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or related field.
Proficient in the ADDIE framework (Analysis, design, develop, implement, evaluate).
At least 2+ years of experience in training implementation, classroom management and facilitation.

Responsibilities

Applies Workplace Learning and Performance principles in needs analysis, design, conduct and evaluation of learning and development programs.
Conducts needs analysis with line organizations to identify learning and development requirements.
Designs and develops learning interventions based on identified needs analysis.
Manages the conduct and implementation of learning programs using traditional and non-traditional methodologies.
Prepares instruction materials, checklists, reports, and documentation for learning programs.
Evaluates the effectiveness of Learning & Development Programs using latest tools and techniques.
