Job summary

ASYA GLASS PHILIPPINES INCORPORATED is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to drive the effective and timely implementation of technical training programs across the assigned area. You will act as the content expert and ensure training documents and materials are up-to-date.

The role requires strong facilitation and presentation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Associate in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Education, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in end to end Learning and Development experience, particularly handling technical and functional training programs
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage divers learners and deliver impactful training sessions
• A collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build strong stakeholder relations
• Results-driven proactive, and capable of managing priorities while delivering high-quality learning solutions
