Job summary

CHG Global Inc. (World Balance) seeks an experienced Training Manager to lead the organization’s learning strategy for corporate and sales teams. You will shape governance, design curricula, and drive end-to-end training initiatives to elevate capabilities and performance.

You will implement leadership, behavioral, and functional programs, onboard new hires effectively, and measure learning impact to boost customer experience and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Public ,or Business Administration or related filed.
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience as a Training Manager or Senior L&D role.
• Proven experience in end-to-end training program development and implementation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and facilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce capability requirements.
• Establish learning governance, policies, and standards.
• Conduct organization-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for corporate and sales team.
• Ensure high-quality, competency-based learning programs are designed and continuously improved to support employee development.
• Design learning curricula and competency-based programs
• Develop facilitator guides, participant manuals, and learning materials
• Develop and facilitate leadership, behavioral, and functional training programs.
• Ensure employees are effectively onboarded and continuously developed throughout their employment lifecycle.
• Enhance the competencies of corporate and sales operations employees to improve customer experience and business performance.
• Measure and continuously improve the effectiveness and business impact of learning programs
