Job summary

GLORY (PHILIPPINES), INC. is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate training programs across the organization in Cavite. You will manage competency initiatives, design training activities, and develop records and budgets while driving employee capability and organizational performance through impactful learning.

Strong communication, analysis, and coaching skills are required to promote continuous learning and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, HRM or Education is required.
• Experience in training and development preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze needs and design effective programs.

Responsibilities

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management course or Education.
• With at least one (1) year of work experience in a manufacturing company.
• With strong expertise in training need analysis, instructional design, facilitation, learning technologies, coaching and talent development
• With effective computer skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented.
• Experience in managing learning programs and ability to drive employee capability and organizational performance through impactful learning.
