Job summary

KCAT, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Learning and Development professional to identify training needs, design programs, and deliver classroom and virtual sessions.

The role supports onboarding, leadership and skills development, and employee engagement through ongoing learning initiatives. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–3 years of L&D/HR experience, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Admin, Education, Organizational Development or related field.
• 1–3 years in Learning & Development, Training or HR; experience in conducting training programs/workshops is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of learning & development principles, training methods, adult learning concepts; proficient in facilitation, presentation and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Identify organizational, departmental, and individual training needs (TNA).
• Conduct skills gap analyses via surveys, interviews, and performance reviews; consult with departments.
• Recommend appropriate learning interventions and development programs.
• Design and develop training modules, manuals, presentations, and learning materials.
• Create onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Develop leadership, technical, compliance, and soft skills programs.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
• Facilitate workshops and employee development activities.
• Coordinate with internal SMEs and external training providers.
• Support career development and succession planning; assist managers with IDPs.
• Promote employee engagement through continuous learning.
• Comply with company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
