Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy is required.
• CPA is strongly preferred or equivalent professional qualification.
• 5 years of progressive external audit experience is required.
• Experience in learning & development and curriculum design is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISA, PSA, IFRS/PFRS, and audit methodology is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive audit learning strategy and competency framework.
• Design structured learning pathways and curricula for all audit levels.
• Translate standards into engaging instructional programs and materials.
• Oversee learning program governance, analytics, and improvement.
• Partner with leaders to drive adoption and impact on audit quality.
