Job summary

MySigrid is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to lead onboarding, design and deliver training, and manage our LMS. You will track progress, evaluate effectiveness, and help shape engaging learning programs across the organization.

The role emphasizes collaboration with managers and teams, with a focus on continuous improvement, documentation, and reporting. A path to impact across growth initiatives is highlighted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or related roles.
• Experience designing and delivering employee training programs.
• Experience facilitating new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Familiarity with LMS and training administration.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onboarding programs for new hires, covering culture, policies, and role requirements.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs based on learning needs.
• Facilitate training on policies, technical and functional skills, leadership, and communication.
• Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery.
• Manage day-to-day LMS administration and monitor progress.
• Support workshops, seminars, and team-building activities.
• Prepare regular training reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Take ownership of ad hoc L&D projects and initiatives.
