Job summary

Jollibee Group in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking a Learning and Development Officer to implement learning interventions for the unit. The role focuses on designing interventions that fit learners’ levels and program types, facilitating development and business impact.

Responsibilities include needs analysis, annual planning, curriculum customization, and partnering with HR and external learning partners. Hybrid work setup is available in Ortigas, Pasig.

Qualifications

• Identifies learning requirements aligned with organizational goals.
• Conducts learning needs analysis per Global L&D guidelines.
• Prepares annual learning plans, calendars, and budgets.
• Customizes plans using Global/Regional curricula.
• Works with HR partners to ensure business relevance.
• Designs interventions per L&D standards and policies.
• Collaborates with Global L&D and stakeholders.
• Supports certification of Learning Services partners.
• Creates an inclusive learning environment reflecting values.

Responsibilities
