Job summary

OptiHR Business Solutions Inc. is seeking an HR professional to lead learning initiatives across the organization, from onboarding new hires to supervisor development.

You will design and deliver a comprehensive training plan aligned with business goals and employee growth. Identify skills gaps, partner with managers to set training priorities, and develop programs for onboarding, leadership development, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of HR experience, with hands-on involvement in employee training.
• Supervisory experience and exposure to other HR areas, such as performance management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver the organization’s training plan.
• Identify skills gaps and work with managers to set training priorities.
• Develop programs for onboarding, leadership development, and career growth.
• Prepare learning materials, coordinate training sessions, and evaluate results.
• Manage the training budget and report on spending.
• Coach employees and support a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure training activities follow company policies and applicable employment requirements.
