Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in Learning & Development or related HR roles in an insurance company.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methods.
• Proven experience in training design, facilitation, and program management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in LMS platforms and Microsoft Office.
