Job summary

Liveops is seeking a Learning Delivery Analyst to lead and deliver training and onboarding experiences for independent contractor agents across client programs. You will ensure graduation rate goals are met while developing content based on established learning principles.

You will collaborate with the learning team and cross-functional partners to analyze results, adjust delivery plans, and improve outcomes. This role supports remote learners and drives positive agent experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5–7 years in a project management, mentor or lead role.
• 5–7 years in training (virtual experience preferred) and content development.

Responsibilities

• Drive certification best practices and learning activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers and partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning across agent lifecycle.
• Mentor new team members including contract facilitators.
• Deliver engaging certification content and resources.
• Develop and distribute agent communications via Liveops channels.
• Learn systems and troubleshoot with agents.
• Support special projects as assigned.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities within the role.
