Job summary

Satellite Office is hiring a Learning & Development Specialist (Operations) to own onboarding and training initiatives from start to finish. You will deliver engaging sessions in classroom, virtual, and coaching formats, and partner with stakeholders to ensure programs align with business goals and employee readiness.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in L&D, experience with LMS, and comfort with Articulate or Captivate.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Facilitation, or a related field.
• Experience delivering training within a BPO, operations, customer service, sales support, or similar environment.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Exposure to Articulate, Captivate, or other learning authoring tools.
• Demonstrated experience owning training or onboarding programs through the full learning lifecycle.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence engaging learners in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A genuine passion for learning and developing people.
• We're also open to high-potential candidates with less experience who bring exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Learning Programs End-to-End: take ownership of onboarding and training programs for assigned operational roles; manage full lifecycle from planning to evaluation; monitor learner progress; partner with stakeholders; act as SME.
• Deliver Exceptional Learning Experiences: facilitate onboarding and foundational training for new hires; deliver engaging sessions across classroom, virtual, and coaching environments; ensure high-quality learning across cohorts.
• Develop and Improve Training Content: create and maintain training materials, SOPs, learner guides, and facilitator resources; assess learning effectiveness; work with stakeholders to address performance gaps; support learning systems.
