DIS Tech | a Technoprobe company is seeking an Learning & Development Specialist in the Philippines. The role partners with business leaders and the Global L&D team to identify needs, deliver engaging programs, and support talent development to build a skilled and high-performing workforce.

You will design curricula, facilitate sessions, and coordinate IDPs and development plans, driving ongoing improvements in learning experiences and organizational capability.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Professional certifications in L&D, Facilitation, Coaching, or Instructional Design are a plus.

The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, facilitating, and continuously improving learning and development programs that strengthen employee capability and support business success.

About the Role

This role partners with business leaders, employees, the Country HR Head, and the Global Learning & Development team to identify learning needs, deliver engaging learning experiences, and support talent development initiatives that build a skilled, adaptable, and high-performing workforce. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping others learn, is confident facilitating training, and believes that developing people is one of the best ways to grow an organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in partnership with business leaders and department managers.
• Identify capability gaps and recommend learning solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain the annual learning and development plan.
• Coordinate learning programs that support technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership development.
• Review learning priorities regularly to ensure they remain relevant to business needs.
• Facilitate onboarding, professional, behavioral, technical, and leadership-related learning programs.
• Deliver both classroom and virtual learning sessions using effective adult learning techniques.
• Design learning materials, facilitator guides, presentations, and participant resources.
• Continuously improve facilitation techniques based on learner feedback and business needs.
• Coordinate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) with employees and managers.
• Support Talent Review activities by tracking development actions and learning progress.
• Assist in implementing development programs for emerging leaders and high-potential employees.
• Promote a culture where employees take ownership of their learning and career growth.
• Evaluate learning programs through participant feedback, assessments, and manager input.
• Monitor learning participation, completion, and development progress.
• Work closely with the Global Learning & Development team to implement global learning, talent, and culture initiatives within DIS Philippines.
• Coordinate local execution of global learning programs and leadership development activities.
• Share local feedback and insights to help improve global learning initiatives.
• Champion learning experiences that reinforce DIS values, leadership expectations, and organizational culture.
• Explore new learning methods, technologies, and digital tools that enhance the learner experience.
• Recommend improvements to learning programs, processes, and resources.
• Support HR initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Facilitation, Coaching, or Instructional Design are an advantage.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led training and workshops.
• Experience designing learning materials and learning activities.
• Experience supporting talent development initiatives is an advantage.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms is preferred.
