Job summary

RADIOWEALTH FINANCE COMPANY INC. is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to support the conceptualization and implementation of L&D programs and address competency gaps to help achieve strategic objectives.

The role covers program conduct and evaluation, reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks in a dynamic on-site setting. Qualified candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in related fields and have at least five years of L&D experience, with skills in L&D trends,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRD Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related business fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Skills in L&D trends, module development, training facilitation, and OD program development.
