Job summary
Littelfuse is seeking an Industrial Engineer to design and implement efficient plant layouts that optimize workflow, material handling, and space utilization. You will lead layout redesigns for new products, line expansions, or process improvements, using AutoCAD, simulation tools, and digital factory solutions.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of related continuous improvement experience.
- Proficient in MS Office including MS Project and Minitab.
- Knowledgeable in SPC, QC tools, FMEA, and DOE.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient plant layouts to optimize workflow and space.
- Lead layout redesigns for new products, line expansions, or improvements.
- Use AutoCAD, simulation tools, and digital factory tools.
- Ensure layouts follow lean principles and safety regs.
- Optimize warehouse, production floor, and material flow systems.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and IE methodologies to improve productivity.
- Identify waste reduction opportunities across production processes.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce operational costs.
