Littelfuse is seeking an Industrial Engineer to design and implement efficient plant layouts that optimize workflow, material handling, and space utilization. You will lead layout redesigns for new products, line expansions, or process improvements, using AutoCAD, simulation tools, and digital factory solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related continuous improvement experience.
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Project and Minitab.
• Knowledgeable in SPC, QC tools, FMEA, and DOE.

About the job:

• Design and implement efficient plant layouts that optimize workflow, material handling, and space utilization.
• Lead layout redesign projects for new product introductions, line expansion, or process improvements.
• Utilize layout planning tools such as AutoCAD, simulation software, and digital factory tools.
• Ensure layouts follow lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations
• Optimize warehouse, production floor, and material flow systems.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering methodologies to improve productivity.
• Identify waste reduction opportunities across production processes.

About you:

• Graduate of an Industrial Engineering course
• With at least 3-5 years of related experience in continuous improvement processes
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, including MS Project, Minitab, and AutoCAD
• Well-versed in statistical tools such as SPC, QC Tools, FMEA, DOE, and software like Minitab
