Job summary

FEU is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize supply chain operations through process design, cost-effective layouts, and efficiency improvements. You will define policies, align budgets, monitor projects, and support the implementation of ergonomic and manufacturing innovations.

The role requires strong expertise in IE within manufacturing, data-driven analysis, and collaboration with engineers to drive cost reductions and performance gains across the plant.

Qualifications

• Experience in Industrial Engineering within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to define and implement engineering policies, methods, and standards.
• Skills in budgeting, resource allocation, and project monitoring.
• Knowledge of manufacturing layout design and ergonomics.
• Familiarity with current manufacturing methods and technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain IE policies and standards for supply chain operations.
• Develop budgets, assign projects, and monitor resource allocation.
• Collaborate on cost-effective layouts and ergonomic improvements.
• Investigate best practices and technology developments for optimization.
• Ensure efficient operations across all supply chain stages and propose improvements.
• Develop and maintain operations information, planning, and control systems.
• Support design and implementation of processes and infrastructure.
• Plan and document training for affected areas and act as a Key User.
