Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes ensuring safety, efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The role acts as a technical bridge among product design, production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to enable NPI, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across global manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years of work experience.
• Familiarity with RCA, 8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys, FMEA and SPC; Six Sigma GB/BB advantageous.
• Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production environment and provide hands-on line support.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing data and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Support production by troubleshooting process and equipment issues.
• Lead continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity projects.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and process validations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
