Collins Aerospace, a RTX business, is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support new product development and manufacturing layouts for lavs 3.0. You will design efficient layouts, study bottlenecks, balance lines, and drive continuous improvement across production, warehouse, and facilities.

Experience in Lean manufacturing, CAD reading, and production process design is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is essential, with 3–5 years of manufacturing

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline is required.
• 3–5 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience with CAD drawings and production layouts is essential.
• Lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping knowledge is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Layout designs and execution based on SME process design and bottleneck analysis.
• Review current layouts, space requirements, and material flows to identify improvements.
• Develop and recommend efficient layouts and flow of people, materials, manufacturing, and equipment.
• Execute layout improvement projects and perform time/motion studies, line balancing, and resource planning.
• Ensure standard work procedures are developed and followed; drive waste elimination and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, purchasing, facilities, suppliers, and contractors to implement projects.
