Job summary

Littelfuse wants an Industrial Engineer to design and implement efficient plant layouts, optimize material flow, and lead continuous improvement projects across production facilities. You will utilize AutoCAD, Lean and Six Sigma methods to reduce waste and cost while improving productivity.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Minitab, and AutoCAD. Collaboration across teams and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Industrial Engineering program.
• 3–5 years of experience in continuous improvement processes.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Minitab, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient plant layouts optimizing workflow and space utilization.
• Lead layout redesigns for new products, line expansion or process improvements.
• Utilize layout planning tools such as AutoCAD, simulation software, and digital factory tools.
• Ensure layouts follow lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations.
• Optimize warehouse, production floor, and material flow systems.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and IE methodologies to improve productivity.
• Identify waste reduction opportunities across production processes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
